William M. Dahman, 46, of Mound received a dismissal on a charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance.
Tory L. Johnson, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of tampering with motor vehicle-enter without owner permission; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 70 days for one year, one year supervised probation, sentence to service six days for indeterminate, if STS is completed before 20 days of jail time then may be released. Also convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 70 days for one year, one year supervised probation, if STS is completed before 20 days of jail time then may be released. Additional charge of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration was dismissed.
Eduardo U. Gomez Andrade, 22, of St. James was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; sentenced to jail 30 days, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, if completes 10 days of sentence to service while in custody, then balance of jail can be stayed, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations. Also convicted of speeding; sentence to service five days for indeterminate. Also had a charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised probation, provide proof of insurance to court then this charge may be dismissed.
