Amy L. Graham, 40, of Mora was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $355, one year probation to the court, pay within four months, no same or similar, no misdemeanor violations, pay costs.

Ryan R. Burch, 27, of Minneapolis had a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk continued for dismissal; fined $125, two years unsupervised probation, remain law-abiding, no contact with victim(s), no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearm ammo, may retrieve firearm from law enforcement by having representative with written authorization pick it up.

Ryan P. Donnelly, 30, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of junk-other than weeds and grass-junk vehicle; fined $100, six months unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor violations, property to be cleaned up within two weeks and keep clean for the six months.

Jason R. Eckmann, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree assault; fined $555, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no contact with victim(s), sign all releases of information, anger management, attend therapy if recommended by agent.

Joshua B. Smitherman, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic abuse-violate order for protection while possessing a weapon; sentenced to jail 90 days, concurrent with other case. An additional felony charge of violate no contact order-possess dangerous weapon was dismissed.

Dustin T. Fritz, 27, of Spirit Lake, Iowa was convicted of driving while under the influence of alcohol; fined $605, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, may serve as 48 hour weekends-jail time to be completed by 10-1-14, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation. Additional charge of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours was dismissed.
