Kris A. Yaccarino, 49, of Brooklyn Park received a dismissal on a charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance.

Alexandra R. Goodwin, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $180, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor violations.

Carlos V. Bernal, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of driver’s license violations-instruction permit requirements; fined $130. Also convicted of driving around/over/through barricades on highway; fined $40.

Callie M. Norren, 37, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree burglary of dwelling; fined $2,666.33, restitution $2,566.33, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 28 months, stayed for 10 years, sentence to jail 120 days, 10 years supervised probation, sign probation agreement, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no new arrests, supply DNA sample, psychological evaluation/ treatment, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluations, sign all releases of information, no contact with victim(s), stay reasonable distance from victims home. Also convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 252 days for two years, two years supervised probation, sign probation agreement, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no new arrests. Also convicted on another charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 90 days, concurrent with another case. Also convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; sentenced to jail 90 days, restitution reserved.

Two additional felony charges of theft – take/use/transfer movable property without consent, and receiving stolen property were both dismissed.
