Larry E. Shumski Jr., 48, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,580, sentenced to jail 30 days, serve as home electronic monitoring if eligible, five years supervised probation, sign probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no new arrests, pay costs, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, sign all releases of information, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, aftercare, obtain employment, maintain employment, cognitive skill training. An additional felony charge of storing controlled substance paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia were both dismissed.
