12:26 a.m. – A report of a disturbance was received from the 100 block of East First Street. The person was gone when officers arrived.

6:44 a.m. – Officers rendered assistance concerning suspicious circumstances in the 1700 block of Center Creek Drive.

7:52 a.m. – Officers transported occupants of a disabled vehicle at the Highway 15/Torgerson Drive intersection.

8:33 a.m. to 10:58 p.m. – Officers issued eight verbal warnings in the construction and detour area of Albion Avenue and Lair Road.

8:45 a.m. – Criminal damage to a vehicle was reported from the 1000 block of North State Street.

10:31 a.m. – A verbal warning for an ordinance violation involving campers was issued in the 500 block of Webster Street.

11:01 a.m. – Officers assisted with an animal complaint about a dog with its head stuck in a soccer net in the 1300 block of Budd Street.

12:13 p.m. – A complaint of a parking dog in the 1100 block of North Park Street was deemed unfounded.

1:17 p.m. – An adult was arrested following a restraining order violation in the 500 block of Home Street.

2 p.m. – Assistance was rendered in the 500 block of Home Street.

2:41 p.m. – A motor vehicle hit-and-run was reported from the 400 block of East Blue Earth Avenue.

2:59 p.m. – Assistance was rendered to the ambulance crew in the 100 block of West Belle Vue Road.

3:22 p.m. – A disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of Johnson Street.

3:32 p.m. – A disturbance involving two guys pushing each other was reported from the 200 block of East Blue Earth Avenue.

5:01 p.m. – Officers cleared a call of a suspicious person digging through cigarette butts and snooping around in the 1200 block of Highway 15 South.

5:23 p.m. – Officers quieted two puppies in a garage following an animal complaint in the 200 block of South Elm Street.

6:43 p.m. – A disturbance was reported from the 900 block of Budd Street.

7:06 p.m. – A juvenile male shoplifter was reported from the 1000 block of Highway 15 South.

7:39 p.m. – A fraud complaint involving a computer virus was received from the 1200 block of Victoria Street.

8:06 p.m. – A complaint about a barking dog was received from the Orient/Tilden area.

9:02 p.m. – An animal complaint about a dog with no collar or tags was received from the 400 block of East Second Street.

9:44 p.m. – A complaint about a stray orange cat was received from the 500 block of Lake Avenue.

10:41 p.m. – Officers cleared a call about a suspicious person in the 1200 block of Goemann Road.

11:57 p.m. – A driving complaint was received from the 11th Street and Prairie Avenue area. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

Saturday, Aug. 9

12:33 a.m. – Officers assisted the ambulance crew in the 600 block of Burton Lane.

8:58 a.m. – Officers resolved a complaint about possible vulnerable adult abuse in the 1500 block of Southgate Drive.

10:05 a.m. – A motor vehicle theft was reported from the 1100 block of North State Street. The vehicle was recovered in Shakopee, and a suspect was arrested.

10:39 a.m. – An ordinance violation about trailers sitting in a yard for two months was reported in the 300 block of North Prairie Avenue.

11:55 a.m. – An animal complaint about two black lab puppies tied up without food or water was received from the 700 block of East Sixth Street. The animals were transported to the pound.

1:02 p.m. – A welfare check was requested in the 200 block of Downtown Plaza.

2:20 p.m. – Two stray cats were transported to the pound following an animal complaint in the 1300 block of Webster Street.

2:49 p.m. – A report of three people panhandling was received from the 1200 block of Goemann Road. They were gone when officers arrived.

3:38 p.m. – A threats complaint was received from the 1200 block of North State Street.

4:22 p.m. – A non-injury motor vehicle accident was reported from Blue Earth and Prairie avenues.

4:54 p.m. – Officers cleared a call from Granada concerning a black school bus with underage drinkers en route to Fairmont.

6:03 p.m. – Officers cleared a call about a suspicious person on the Day Farm bike trail.

7:23 – 10:03 p.m. – Officers issued seven verbal warnings in the construction and detour area on Albion Avenue and Lair Road.

8:57 p.m. – Assistance was rendered to the ambulance crew in the 500 block of Home Street.

10:32 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances with an unlocked storage unit was reported in the 1200 block of North Dewey Street.

10:54 p.m. – A noise complaint about people yelling was received from the 500 block of Home Street.

4:37 a.m. – An adult was arrested following a non-injury rollover near 18th Street and 175th Avenue, Truman.

3:12 p.m. – A citation was issued following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of 190th Avenue.

3:52 p.m. – Deputies cleared a call about an unmonitored fire in the 100 block of Cedar Bluff Drive.

4:48 p.m. – A motor vehicle hit-and-run accident was reported from eastbound Interstate 90.

11:06 p.m. – Deputies cleared a call about a disturbance on East Park Drive, Sherburn.
