12:01 a.m. – A caller reported smelling a skunk in the 100 block of East Fourth Street.

3:25 a.m. – Assistance rendered to an ambulance call from the 400 block of North Hampton Street.

6:09 a.m. – Assistance rendered to a medical alert triggered in the 500 block of Home Street.

6:28 a.m. – Assistance rendered to an ambulance call for a seizure in the 600 block of Burton Lane.

8:16 a.m. – A suspicious person was reported from the 400 block of South State Street.

9:33 a.m. – A parking complaint was received from the 100 block of Albion Avenue.

9:35 a.m. – A parking ordinance violation was reported from Cottage Street.

9:37 a.m. – Assistance rendered to a report of someone believed to be under the influence in the 400 block of East 11th Street.

11:27 a.m. – A vehicle hit a building and left the scene in the 300 block of East First Street.

12:25 p.m. – An adult was arrested on a warrant in the 200 block of Downtown Plaza.

3:31 p.m. – A complaint of a group of juveniles who threw a soda bottle to hit a moving vehicle was received from the area of South Park and Webster streets.

4:23 p.m. – A dog left in a vehicle for more than an hour was reported from the hospital parking lot.

4:34 p.m. – A cat got into a car engine on a vehicle on South Prairie Avenue, near the soccer fields. The call was later canceled.

4:40 p.m. – A complaint regarding a dog not on a leash was received from the 1400 block of Lucia Avenue. A verbal warning was issued.

5:58 p.m. – A driving complaint was received from the second block of Downtown Plaza.

6:54 p.m. – An adult was arrested on a warrant in the 1100 block of North North Avenue.

7:48 p.m. – A driving complaint was received from the 1300 block of Oak Beach Drive.

8:19 p.m. – Three juveniles were spotted going through vehicles in the 400 block of Winnebago Avenue.

8:40 p.m. – A complaint of a tractor driving through town was reported from Winnebago Avenue.

9:11 p.m. – Assistance rendered to an ambulance call from the 200 block of West Christina Street.

10:22 p.m. – A complaint of children and adults outside being noisy was received from the 1300 block of Johnson Street. A verbal warning was issued.

10:24 p.m. – A driving complaint was received from the area of State Street and Blue Earth Avenue.

11:52 p.m. – An adult was arrested after returning intoxicated to the House of Hope on Indus Street.

8:11 a.m. – A caller was concerned regarding self-harm posts on Facebook from the 300 block of Hulseman Street, Welcome.

9:25 a.m. – A gasoline drive-off that occurred the night before was reported from the 100 block of Second Street, Welcome.

7:14 p.m. – A welfare check was requested after a power line was hit in the area of 70th Avenue and West Third Street, rural Sherburn.

1:12 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported from the area of Highway 263 and Grove Street, Ceylon.

4:41 p.m. – A suspicious person was seen near the Guckeen exit on Interstate 90 westbound.

7:01 p.m. – Bottles with suspicious substances stuffed inside were reported from the area of 230th Street and 190th Avenue, rural Truman. The call was unfounded.

10:24 p.m. – A report of a driver holding a pipe with a lighter was received from the area of State Street and Blue Earth Avenue.
