Cody A. Cook, 19, of Welcome received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $5,927.04, restitution $5,927.04, 18 months unsupervised probation, report to agent as directed, write letter of apology, random testing, no new arrests, pay restitution.
