Joseph L. Williams, 30, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 30 days, serve home detention/electronic monitoring if eligible, five years supervised probation, sentence to service for indeterminate, sign probation agreement, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no new arrests, cognitive skill training, obtain employment, maintain employment, sign all releases of information, no contact with victim(s), stay reasonable distance from victims residence. Additional charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent was dismissed.

Scott S. Maurer, 34, of Sleepy Eye was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol; fined $605, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation. Additional charge of refuse to submit to chemical test was dismissed.

Jeannette M. Gall, 42, of Truman was convicted of third-degree driving under the influence of alcohol; fined $175, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 73 days for one year, credit for time served 17 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, mental health evaluation, take medications in prescribed dosage and frequency. Also convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol; fined $250, sentenced to jail 90 days, consecutive with another charge, stayed 73 days for one year, credit for time served 17 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, mental health evaluation, take medications in prescribed dosage and frequency. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, open bottle possession violation, and driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours were all dismissed.
