Buck, 51, of Garden City received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,330, sentenced to jail 10 days, credit for time served 10 days, five years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no misdemeanor violations, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency. Additional charges of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia were both dismissed.
