Arlie R.K. Pate, 28, of Fairmont had a charge of domestic abuse-violate no contact order continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor violations.

Joshua D. Scholl, 26, of Welcome was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $480. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $480.

Lisa M. Trueblood, 30, of Welcome was convicted of require/permit offense by another; fined $380. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $380.

Abby L. McFarland, 20, of Fairmont had a charge of solid waste violation continued for dismissal; no same or similar, no misdemeanor violations. Also had a charge of junk violation continued for dismissal; no same or similar, no misdemeanor violations.

Enrique M. Martinez, 34, of Lewisville was convicted of driving while impaired-combination of any two alcohol/controlled substance/hazardous substance; sentenced to jail 90 days, remand to ice hold. Additional charges of open bottle possession, and open bottle-liability of non-present owner were both dismissed.

William R. Cramer, 41, of Hernando, Fla., received an amended court decision on a charge of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $1,805, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, sign probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no misdemeanor violations, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation. Additional charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid drivers license, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle were all dismissed.

Susan R. Lester, 45, of Welcome received a dismissal on a charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle.

Jimmy Carrion, 50, of St. Paul received a stay of adjudication on a charge of non-emergency stop on freeway; six months unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor violations.

Daniel L. Sweet, 51, of Fairmont was convicted of unsafe change of course; fined $105, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.

Lisa M. Stoffel, 38, of Mankato was convicted of unlawful passing-lane not clearly visible and free of oncoming traffic; fined $130. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Hope M. Christianson, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of headlights violation-two required; fined $120.

Catarino P. Orozco, 36, of Butterfield was convicted of school bus violation-failure to stop-pass bus; fined $280, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, no misdemeanor violations. Additional charge of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type was dismissed.

Johanna J. Hinz, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $580, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation. Additional charge of driving under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.
