Fail to yield right-of-way to oncoming traffic when turning left – Marcus I. Mittelstadt, 19, of Blue Earth; fined $130.

Driving without valid drivers license or vehicle class/type – Skiler J. Hovenga, 24, of Truman; fined $180.

Driving after cancellation – Milton G. King, 78, of Blue Earth; fined $280.

Driving after suspension – Eugene L. Webb, 30, of Minneapolis; fined $280.

Driving after revocation – Nickolas H. Willer, 26, of Fairmont; fined $280.

Steven J. Swanger, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-commit act with intent to cause fear of immediate bodily harm; fined $380, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 84 days for one year, credit for time served six days, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations. An additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation was dismissed.

Joshua L. Bridgman, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol; fined $580, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing. Additional charge of traffic violation-failure to keep to the right was dismissed.

Anthony C. Schultz, 22, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200, pay costs, maintain insurance. Also convicted of speeding; fined $130. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
