Matthew D. Bau, 37, of Fairmont received a dismissal on a charge of accumulation of garbage/junk.

Wyatt D. Gardner, 18, of Lake Park, Iowa was convicted of speeding; fined $280, sentenced to jail 90 days, sentenced 88 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations.

Randall S. Mennen, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $780, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 305 days for two years, two years supervised probation, serve detention/electronic monitoring with alcohol sensor, sign probation agreement, no new arrests, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement.

Ruth E. Heater, 61, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, seek counseling, do not enter Korte’s Bar.

Lorie Jacobsen, no birth date given, of Fairmont was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $324.47, restitution $144.47, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations.

Dalton S. Gilsrud, 20, of Granada was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $105. Additional charge of driver who’s not owner unable to later provide proof of insurance was dismissed.

Kiley M. Ziemer, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, no misdemeanor violations. Additional charge of driver who’s not owner unable to later provide proof of insurance was dismissed.
