Crenshaw-Thomas III, 22, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempt to inflict bodily harm; fined $100, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, no misdemeanor violations, domestic abuse evaluation, follow recommendations of evaluation.

Jared J. Donnelly, 31, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of unlawful deposit of garbage, litter or like; fined $55, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor violations, pay costs. Additional charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent was dismissed.

Susan M. Hammer, 65, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while under the influence of alcohol; fined $605, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation. Additional charge of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours was dismissed.

Ryan L. Howell, 31, of Fairmont was convicted domestic assault-intentionally attempt to inflict bodily harm; fined $580, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend Alcoholics Anonymous, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, provide list pf prescribed medications to probation officer, may perform STS towards financial obligations. Additional charge of interfere/interrupt/impede/disrupt emergency 911 call was dismissed.

Bowdin G. Bentz, 21, of Truman was convicted of driving while under the influence of alcohol; fined $705, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, complete chemical assessment. Additional charges of refusal to submit to chemical test, and underage drinking and driving were both dismissed.
