Andrew V. Anderson, 29, of Granada received a dismissal on a charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle.
Logan D. Dorschner, 22, of Fairmont had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $237.66, restitution $57.66, six months probation to the court, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations.
Fernando Gonzalez, 37, of Fond du Lac, Wis. was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $180. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
Tanner S. Hargan, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $105. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
Natasha R. Hill, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of vehicle window tint violation-tint too dark; fined $230. Also convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $230. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $230.
William R. Cramer, 41, of Hernando, Fla. was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $1,805, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, two years supervised probation, sign probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no misdemeanor violations, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation. Additional charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle were all dismissed.
