Possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration – Glenn R. Abbott, 50, of Fairmont; fined $130.

Vehicle window tint violation-tint too dark – Miguel J. Rivera, 26, of Fairmont; fined $130.

Charged with third-degree driving while impaired – Michael A. Metteer, 22, of Worthington.

Charged with school bus stop-arm violation – Catarino P. Orozco, 36, of Butterfield.

Tyler J. Hatfield, 20, of Fairmont received a dismissal on a charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle.

Tyler P. Larson, 20, of Ringsted, Iowa, was convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $280, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 26 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised probation, no new arrests, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing.

Jesse W. Brudelie, 34, of Mankato was convicted of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 58 days for one year, credit for time served 32 days, one year supervised probation, domestic abuse evaluation, follow recommendations of evaluation, no misdemeanor violations, domestic no contact. Additional charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Trevor D. Palmer, 29, of Welcome was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $305. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $305.

William F. Bishop-Martinez, 23, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $125, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 23 months, supply DNA sample, restitution reserved. Two additional felony charges of stolen motor vehicle, and escape from custody were both dismissed.

Amber M. Greeley, 31, of Blue Earth received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of criminal vehicular homicide or operation-operate vehicle with negligence under the influence of alcohol; fined $2,064.99, restitution $2,064.99, sentenced to jail 90 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 20 days for indeterminate, sign probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no misdemeanor violations, supply DNA sample, psychological evaluation/ treatment, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, cognitive skill training, attend MADD impact panel, counseling, take medications in prescribed dosage and frequency. Two felony charges of criminal vehicular homicide or operation-alcohol concentration 0.08 or more, and two misdemeanor charges of driving while impaired, and driving under the influence of alcohol were all dismissed.
