Jacob D. Hatfield, 20, of Ceylon was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $291.10, restitution $191.10, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, sign probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no misdemeanor violations, obtain a GED.

Cole S. Chadwick, 20, of Comfrey received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic abuse no contact order-violate no contact order; fined $100, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, no misdemeanor violations, no assault, no harassment violations, commit no acts of domestic abuse, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, sign all releases of information, complete diagnostic assessment, domestic no contact.

Ryan S. Scott, 34, of Worthington was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 83 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 20 days for indeterminate, sign probation agreement, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no new arrests, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain employment, maintain employment, supply DNA sample, mental health evaluation. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Joshua C. Hanson, 22, of Mankato received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1000, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 20 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, sign probation agreement, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no misdemeanor violations, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, cognitive skill training. Additional felony charge of marijuana and controlled substance taxation-no affixed sales stamps was dismissed.
