Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to highway – Brady A. Korn, 19, of Fairmont; fined $130.

No Minnesota drivers license – Gabrielle M. Reyes, 23, of Alden; fined $180.

Garbage/junk ordinance violation-accumulation of garbage – Matthew R. Murphy, 20, of Hartley, Iowa; fined $180.

Anthony R. Goza, 33, of Ringsted, Iowa was convicted of speeding; fined $380, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, one year probation to the court.

Bobby L. Dietz, 25, of Sherburn received dismissals on charges of garbage/junk ordinance violation-accumulation of garbage, and accumulation of rubbish.

Stephen T. Loso, 24, of Fridley was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $130.

Keith A. Wade, 49, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $330. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance while operating a vehicle; fined $330.

Logan J. Jorgensen, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle; fined $200, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor violations, pay costs. Also convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $130, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor violations, pay costs.

Jordan L. Breitbarth, 23, of Truman was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $280, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation. Also convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation.
