Driving without a valid driver’s license for vehicle class – Barrie A. Skweres, 49, of Fairmont; fined $180.

Kenneth M. Anderson Jr., 26, of Welcome was convicted of domestic assault-intent to inflict bodily harm; fined $480, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 78 days for one year, credit for time served 12 days, one year supervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, domestic abuse counseling/treatment.

Marcus M. Asmus, 20, of Truman was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle; fined $305, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations. Also convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $280, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations.

Heather L.A. Graham, 37, of Sherburn was convicted of driving without valid drivers license or vehicle class; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance while operating a vehicle; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations. Additional charges of unregistered motor vehicle violation-certain acts forbidden, and failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle were both dismissed.
