Donna L. Smith, 45, of Minnetonka received a stay of adjudication on a charge of repeatedly using mail to harass; fined $130, one year probation to the court, no harassment violations, no contact with victim(s), automatic dismissal after one year if no further prosecution.

Elizabeth A. Haskins, 50, of Fairmont was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol; fined $605, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel. Additional charge of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours was dismissed.

Christopher D. Tucker, 24, of Good Thunder was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $605, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol violations, attend MADD impact panel, may perform STS to pay for fines. Additional charge of driving under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Travis J. Bryan, 27, of LeCenter was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance while operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of window tint violation-tint too dark; fined $130.

Enrique Corona, 45, of Fairmont had a charge of zoning ordinance violation-prohibited home occupations continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, no misdemeanor violations, have officer verify that property is cleaned up. Also had a charge of garbage/junk ordinance violation continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor violations.

Dustin M. Chabrier, 25, of Tioga, N.D. was convicted of purchase/sell/furnish alcohol to persons under 21; fined $2,173.13, restitution $1,343.13, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 138 days for two years, credit for time served 227 days, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no purchasing or furnishing charges. Also convicted on another charge of purchase/sell/furnish alcohol to persons under 21; fined $250, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 138 days for two years, credit for time served 227 days, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no purchasing or furnishing charges. Two additional charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor as petty offender were both dismissed.
