Kellen J. Borglum, 57, of Bricelyn received a dismissal on a charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance while operating a vehicle.

Sandara J. Fakler, 47, of Mankato received a dismissal on a charge of prohibitions on stopping or parking within bicycle lane.

Todd A. Gunther, 41, of Fairmont received a dismissal on a charge of driver who isn’t owner must later produce proof of motor vehicle insurance.

Larry R. Mosloski, 49, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance while operating a vehicle; fined $180. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $105.

Somchith Phosy, 30, of Alpha was convicted of operating an unregistered vehicle without plates on a public street or highway; fined $180. Additional charge of driver who isn’t owner must later produce proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Kristina K. Zittritsch, 34, of Fairmont had a charge of uninsured vehicle-owner violation continued for dismissal; fined $200, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations, no driving without insurance, no driving without valid drivers license. Additional charge of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle was dismissed.

Trista L.S. Andersen, 18, of St. James was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $105.

Theron D. Ibarra, 32, of Fairmont was convicted on three separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $280 for two charges and $200 for the third. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $105. Additional charge of driver who isn’t owner must later produce proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
