BLUE EARTH – Mass of Christian Burial for Neva Quaday, 89, of Blue Earth, will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Blue Earth. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Blue Earth.
Quaday died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at her residence in Southview Estates, Blue Earth. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Patton Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 400 E. 14th St., Blue Earth, and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
Neva Fischer was born Oct. 11, 1924, in Minnesota Lake, Minn., daughter of Helmuth and LaRue (Newcomb) Fischer.
Survivors include: her husband, Richard Quaday of Blue Earth; her sons, Charles of South Haven, Dr. James of Dellwood, and Michael of Shoreview; daughters, Kathryn “Kay” Husfeldt of Brownton, Joan Wilson of Westfield, Ind., Mary Stoffel of Isanti, Jeanette Jorgenson of Eden Prairie, Pauline Siem of Blue Earth, and Margaret “Peg” Kalskett of Leland, Iowa; 14 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren; and her sister, Gloria Harris of Mapleton.
