Randall Harry Stoll

NEW ULM – Funeral services for MSGT (Ret.) Randall “Randy” Harry Stoll, 46, of Austin, Ark., will be 2 p.m. Sunday, March 10, at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Ulm, with Pastor Donald Sutton officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery in New Ulm, with full military honors being conducted by the New Ulm Area Comrades of Valor Honor Guard.

Randy died Friday, March 1, 2013, at his home. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Saturday, 7:30-11:30 a.m. Sunday in the South Chapel at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm, and one hour prior to services Sunday at the church.

Randy was born Dec. 1, 1966, in New Ulm to Reuben and Ruthie (Chambar) Stoll. He was baptized at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in New Ulm. Randy was confirmed at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in St. James. He graduated in 1985 from St. James Public High School. Randy enlisted in the United States Air Force in June 1985. Randy was married to Lea Urbanczyk on June 1, 1991, in San Antonio, Texas. He was stationed at Air Force bases in Texas, Colorado, Greece, New Jersey, South Korea, Qatar, and Little Rock, Ark., where he retired in the fall of 2007. They continued to live in Arkansas after his retirement. He will be sadly missed by family and all who knew him.

Randall is survived by his wife, Lea Stoll of Austin, Ark.; daughter and son-in-law, Cassie and Kenneth McCullough of Austin, Ark., sons, Tyler Stoll and Christopher Stoll, at home; parents, Reuben and Ruthie Stoll of New Ulm; sisters and brother-in-law, Tami Webb and special friend, Duane Parker, and Kim and Mike Hippert, all of Brainerd; brother, Dan Stoll and special friend, Danelle Braun of Sleepy Eye; many nieces and nephews; grand nieces and nephews; and father-in-law, Jack Urbanczyk of San Antonio, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Mary Urbanczyk.
